    I am following the Grade III pulley treatment -I’ve just completd the first 4 weeks of treatment and am about to start squeezing the yellow putty. Do I continue to massage the finger? It doesn’t say. And if so, should this be done immediately following the heating and squeezing of putty, before, or at a different time?

    Been climbing for 17 years. Competed in a boulder comp two weeks ago. I have sustained tingling and numbness running from my shoulder to my fingers. My fingers can even fall “asleep”. This is an “injury” that I have never experienced. What might be going on? What should I do?

    I’m experiencing some non painful popping in my hip, what I’m interpreting as inflammation of the bursa in my right hip, and symptoms of IT band syndrome in my right knee when I run. I suspect this is all from some imbalance or inflexibility in my hips from too much climbing. Please help! I wish to run again, and climbing free of worry for my hips and knees.
