Weight Lifting For Finger Injuries? 

Weight Lifting can be an excellent rehab tool. It requires some grip strength but can be easily compensated by the other fingers if the weight is too much. Total rest of the fingers is not good. You need to stress the fingers a little to let the new tissue know that there will be stress in the future. Getting a little stronger is never a bad thing also.
